Archetypal Architectures

Paul Ferens, Can we skip to the good part?, 2021

Oli Bonzanigo is an artist and researcher based in Italy.  Graduating in Fine Arts (Sculpture), she collaborated for ten years with the Battaglia Fine Art Foundry in Milan, managing production and cultural projects with international artists and institutions. Operating from different cities through the years, from London, Sicily, Portugal to Morocco, her pieces evoke a very personal interpretation of space, floating in between sacred architectures and memory pathways. Developing her own ideography through multiform visual traces, Bonzanigo’s practice mainly develops as site-specific operations, chaos linguistics, sci-fi empirics and social soundscapes.

PS could stand for ‘party synthetic’, ‘personal statement’, ‘please silence’, ‘psss’, ‘post scriptum’ or whatever just came to your mind. We choose post scriptum out of infinite descriptive possibilities as it possibly embodies them all. P.s: an interview or a rebus? a composition of portraits and wiretaps? a map of hints suggesting a wide web of interpretations.
